Medical

The impulse bar sealers are ideal for sealing thermoplastic polymer films and aluminium laminate films, as well as for sealing medical packaging in accordance with ISO 11607-1 (EN 868-4/5/9/10).

The process is validation-compatible in accordance with the requirements of ISO 11607-2.

The 8 mm (0.3 inch) wide seal and sealing seam and the customisable settings options for the process parameters therefore offer maximum flexibility when it comes to choosing packaging materials.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

FLEXIBILITY AND PERFORMANCE:

The 8 mm (0.3 inch) weld width and 5 available weld lengths as well as the customizable options in the welds parameters provide a wide choice of packaging materials, such as:
> Polymeric materials (e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polyolefins, PVC)
> paper bags (EN 868-4)
> paper / plastic bags (EN 868-5)
> Non-woven materials uncoated with polyolefins (EN 868 -9)
> Adhesive coatings of non-woven polyolefin materials (EN 868-10)
> All types of complexes including aluminum
 

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Validation process in accordance with the requirements of ISO 11607-2 standards.

Internal monitoring device for critical parameters to be checked: temperature, contact pressure, welding time.

System for warning and stopping the machine if these parameters exceed the authorized limits.
