TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The main feature of PepUP® pouch is its opening and closing system. A patented valve, sealed during the filling at the machine, enables a self-closing pouch without additional accessories. The self-closing pouch is easy to use : squeeze to open and release to close. Moreover, this is a model of Eco design, as its volume is reduced to its content and requires a minimum quantity of packaging material. Therefore, PepUP® one hand self-closing pouch is a real revolution in the packaging field. 

THE M1500 PEPUP® IS PERFECT FOR SHAPING, FILLING AND SEALING PILLOW POUCHES USING PE FILM ON REELS.

The M1500 PepUp® is a new range of VFFS machines for PepUP® pouches. The main feature is its opening and closing system. A patented valve, sealed during the filling at the machine, enables a selfclosing pouch without additional accessories. The self-closing pouch is easy to use : squeeze to open and release to close.

The pouches are filled with air-injected from a buffer tank that is under constant pressure and equipped with a proportional valve and a level sensor.

The M1500 PepUp®’s mechanical technology means that it is operated with actuators, making it easy to use, with precise dosage at high speeds.

Its frame is built with steel covered AINSI 304L stainless steel to ensure its firmness and longevity.

A Clean-in-Place (CIP) has been integrated into the M1500 PepUp®’s design.
All of the parts that come into contact with the product are built from stainless steel.

Its servo-driven sealing grip control and its independent electrical
cabinet make its maintenance easy and inexpensive.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

ACCESSORIES

Coding device / 3 coding types are available:
- Pressure stamp on the longitudinal seal
- Programmable stamp with hot transfer tape

Automatic packer: the M 1500 PepUp® comes with an optional
automatic pouch packing system with a counter.
