TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

PRESS 

C-frame press with guide device (stroke 120 mm) = ensuring exceptional vertical precision: - crush limit micrometric stop - adjustable stroke limit stop 

Electrode holder + ball joints with adjustment jacks to ensure perfect tool support for parallelism 

Sensitive foot pedal control may be coupled with pneumatic assistance (ZA), thereby allowing the operator to use both hands to position parts to be welded and allows, for example, elements to be manually pulled from the material rollers. 

An electronic timer is used to set how long pressure is applied. 

The very rigid support frame is equipped with a table for easy positioning of parts to be welded.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Many options available on these presses allow them to be adapted to a wide variety of applications:

- Tools and upper tables (M3) with electric heating for inlyaing or H.F. sealing of rigid materials (screen fabrics, PVC shells, etc.)

- Manual rotating plate with two stations manual turning two posts, diameter 500 mm with pneumatic elevation (M3)

- Front drawer for accurate positioning of the parts

- Plate and C-frame

- Vertical head extension for greater clearance at the rear

- Forward head extension for edge work

- Pedal at 90° for tarp or stretch ceiling sealing
