VERTICAL AUTOMATIC DOUBLE HEAD FILLING MACHINE: THE M5200 IS PERFECT FOR FORMING, FILLING AND SEALING PILLOW POUCHES USING ROLLS OF POLYETHYLENE. 

The pouches are continuously filled from a buffer tank that is under constant level and controlled by a proportional valve and a level sensor. 

The M5200 employs brushless electronic controls for greater flexibility of use and high precision dosage at high speeds. 

The M5200 is built in accordance with standard 3A and complies with USPHS and FDA specifications and the recommendations of the EHEDG. 

Its frame is built with steel covered with stainless steel to ensure its firmness and longevity. All of the parts that come into contact with the product are built from AISI 316L stainless steel. 

A Clean-in-Place (CIP) has been integrated into the M5200’s design.
