The OZA 2000 machine forms, fills and seals berlingots (with or without beak) made from PVC or EVA flat film or any film that can be sealed by radio frequency.
The radio frequency system allows a very good quality of longitudinal sealing and of transversal sealing / cutting.
For an easy operation, the machine is fully PLC controlled & all the operation parameters can be adjusted from the touch screen.
Thanks to its specific dosing device, any kind of aggressive products can be filled on this machine.
All parts in contact with the product are made in stainless steel, titanium, PVC or Teflon, according to the filled product.
