Z82 BS GANTRY PRESS - 4 COLUMNS
This radio frequency sealing press is perfect for sealing medical bags made from PVC or EVA films.
In double-table mode:
- Manual removal of the format on the counter tool / removal of tubes
- Press descends to seal round bags / sealing of tubes
In automatic dispensing mode (unwinder + tractor block):
- Reel fed
Its control center is equipped with a standard Proface touch screen for intuitive handling and reading of production parameters.
The Z82 BS is equipped with backup safety systems:
- Standard "light curtain" type system.

RADIO FREQUENCY GENERATOR
- Highly stable resonant cavity at frequency of 27.12 MHz +/- 0.4% with high Q factor
- Electronic anti-flash system with transistors: adjustable sensitivity from 0 to 100
- Programmable auto-matching:
- Automatic adjustment of the motorised sealing capacitor for maximum matching throughout the entire sealing process
- Operation without pads at 0 to 100% power
